Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Sorry, no refunds.

  • Exchange within 7 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on items returned for exchange.

  • No exchange on special/custom orders or items that have been altered on your request.

  • Returned item must be in original/unworn condition.

 

Payments:

We monitor all transactions for potential fraud and reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, if we suspect fraud.

For security reasons, if you are using a credit/debit card as a payment method, please ensure that your shipping address matches your credit card’s registered billing address; otherwise, we will have to cancel your order.

 

Shipping:

We ship orders out daily via fully insured express mail service. After your payment clears fully, it will typically take anywhere between 1-3 business days for you to receive your package.

Although all packages are fully insured while in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a safe and secure shipping address. Cases of porch theft are not covered by insurance and we will not be responsible for packages lost after they have been marked as delivered.
